We had a fantastic experience at the Newstead store, with Adam helping us to choose the best surround sound system for our new home theatre room. Adam took the time to show us the sound quality of the different options available and worked with us to put together a system that was best suited to our size room and kept us under our budget. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insight on each of the systems we were looking at, making the whole process so much easier.

Highly recommend this store. Was greeted on my walk in, had a look around as the store is so perfectly laid out (I already knew what I wanted). I then went to purchase the items I was after which then I was greeted by Adam who went above and beyond to help me. I had multiple Visa gift cards that weren’t working properly and Adam went above and beyond trying numerous ways to make the cards work. He had no frustration with me just wanted to help me out. The sale I saw the price at had also ended the day before which he kindly honoured. You don’t find this service anywhere these days. I work in retail sales myself and I know when people genuinely want to help and aren’t just trying to sway you for a sale. Go see Adam next time you visit VideoPro Newstead because that’s who I will be returning to see.

I would strongly recommend going to Videopro Newstead for the top quality audio visual equipment products you want to purchase as they have friendly, knowledgeable staff. Your journey will be smooth, top level, as I have experience with Adam, Jo, and other staff. I mainly dealt with Adam from start to finish with recommendations and enquiries with his expertise that would suit what I needed to start up the journey. It started off with a phone call, then face to face & emails. Every communication was answered efficiently. All my enquiries were answered & recommendations were suggested. Customer service was excellent. Didn’t fully know what I was doing buying my first camera and Jacob and all staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Was even able to go back a few days later to ask questions and get shown some things about the camera. Highly recommend! My go to Camera store.
